ISO certification does not guarantee that the engineer servicing your system(s) is OEM certified. The question to ask your service provider is:  "Are the engineers that service my system trained and certified by the manufacturer to perform the maintenance?"  If not, you may want to reconsider.  Peak Imaging not only has OEM certified engineers but we have the "Best of the Best".
